What's your service area

Typically, we only service the downtown Toronto area. Generally, as far east as the beaches, as far west as High Park/Roncesvalles and as far north as Eglinton. Outlying projects may be accepted on a project-by-project basis.

What's your warranty?

Generally speaking, if we made a mistake or something breaks we will make it right - most times free of charge. That said, this almost never happens. Our policy is to do things right the first time to avoid having to do things twice. Please note that any parts that you provide for the repairs or for installations that fall outside the scope of our warranty. We are only able to warranty our work and parts/materials that we provide.

But I just want to call to discuss my job. Why can't I?

Being a busy handyman service, we are most often working on-site. We really value our clients and want to give their projects our undivided attention. That said, your time and consideration is valuable to us too! As such, we have created a quick and easy form for you fill out on the website, at your convenience. This is the only way to start a project with us.

If you'd like to discuss your project on the phone with us, please fill out the quote request form and indicate that you would like to be contacted by phone in the description section. And if all else fails, our phone number can be found at the bottom of any page on our website.

Why do I have to fill out the Quote Request form?

We use this form to get your information into our system and to keep it all organized. This system allows us to store the information and photos about your job in order to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible. It also allows us to schedule your job in our calendar and to get directions to your job. So, basically, it's a must if you want us to show up to the right place at the right time with the right tools!

Why do I have to include photos with my Quote Request?

Including photos with your quote request is vital! Just because you stare at that hole in the wall every day doesn't mean that we do, and we can't read minds - although that would be awesome! Having a photo of the issue means that we can assess the situation, give you the most accurate quote possible, and bring the right tools and materials for the job. It also means you'll get an estimate faster because we won't have to email you to request photos.

We ask that you attach photos to EVERY request, even if it seems like the most straightforward, simple job.
