We send a formal estimate (or questions about your request) via email  within one business day. We will schedule with you or your tenants and procure materials to keep your property maintained and your tenants happy. All while saving you time scheduling back and forth! Finally, we will email an invoice and you can conveniently pay electronically. For landlords and homeowners not present on site, we email photos and any clarification beyond the invoice, keeping you informed without having to be present which is ideal in situations where the landlord lives abroad.
