Project Scope/Client Needs
GLOW is a clothing bank serving newcomers to Canada, receiving clothing donations which get sorted and (combined) with similar ones and stored by season and gender. Their warehouse area was a huge mountain of garbage bags of donated clothes and there wasn’t a standardized system to store them.
Solution/Implementation
The client had a plan to install sturdy metal shelves along several walls in their warehouse area. We worked with them to maximize their space usage and installed the shelves securely without disrupting their operations. We also collaborated on standardizing their storage bin system and building the shelves to suit.
Once the shelves were assembled and installed, it was time for the organizing to begin!
