1 - It is possible that one of the required fields (marked with an *) was missed or filled with invalid characters.

2 - If you are attaching photos, it is possible that they are not a supported file type. The form supports jpg, jpeg, gif, png, and bmp files. Any other file types (PDF, mp4/video, etc.) must be attached as files.

If you suspect that the photos or files might be causing the form to not submit properly, please submit the completed form (all required fields) without the photos/files and to send the photos/files in an email to info@fix-it-friend.com.
