Condo balconies can be fairly boring since they’re generally just a basic concrete floor, but there are modular outdoor wood floor tiles that can be installed to give a more sophisticated appearance and a nicer feel when barefoot. These tiles are typically wood and come pre-finished. In the installation, we are able to trim the tiles around any obstacles to accommodate for things like patio dividers, drains, etc.
Since these tiles are constantly exposed to the elements, they do need maintenance just like any deck or patio. They may turn grey over time and can start to look shabby. It may be tempting to just replace the tiles, but we can offer a more cost effective and environmentally friendly solution; refinishing them. With some sanding and painting with an outdoor deck paint/stain, we can revive these outdoor deck tiles to look better than new. And with so many colours to choose from, you can get bold with your colour choices or even create designs/patterns/stripes!
