Project Scope/Client Needs

Our client had some old cabinets in their laundry room that were outdated compared to the rest of their house and provided limited storage.

Solution/Implementation

We consulted with the client and together we came up with a plan to install new IKEA cabinets as well as some other custom elements that would hide a bit of unsightly HVAC ducting and create a place to store/charge their handheld Dyson vacuum. We worked with the existing room layout and lower cabinets on which we installed a new countertop and new doors to match the new cabinet uppers that were installed. White gloss cabinets with soft closing hinges were chosen for a clean, modern look. The new cabinets offered way more storage space and gave the space a serious upgrade!

The cabinets now go all the way up to the ceiling to hide the ducting and provide extra storage space.

These cabinets were screaming for a makeover and that ducting was really creating a lot of wasted space in this laundry room (not to mention it was a bit of an eyesore).
